Summary: FlirtSync is an on-demand conversation companion. We do NOT log keystrokes, do NOT sell personal data, do NOT send automated messages, and only analyze visible dating profile prompts or chats when you explicitly tap the assistant button.
1. Information We Process
- Screen Text & Profile Prompts: When you explicitly tap the floating FlirtSync button, the app ephemerally processes visible on-screen text (e.g. dating app profile bio prompts or chat conversation snippets) solely to generate witty, charming suggestions.
- Visible Image Context: When requested by the user, on-screen photos are compressed and processed in real time to recommend visual conversation starters. These images are never stored or archived on external servers.
- Account Information: If you sign in via Google Authentication or email, Firebase Authentication securely manages your basic profile identifiers (e.g. email address) for subscription and entitlement verification.
2. Android AccessibilityService Disclosure
FlirtSync uses the Android AccessibilityService API under strict user authorization:
- Purpose: To detect on-screen profile prompts and text while actively using supported dating and communication applications.
- On-Demand Only: Screen content is only accessed at the exact moment you tap the floating assistant orb.
- No Autonomous Actions: FlirtSync never types, clicks, or sends messages on your behalf. You are always in control of what gets copied and sent.
- Zero Sensitive Data Access: FlirtSync never accesses passwords, banking details, payment forms, or private system credentials.
3. Monetization & Third-Party Services
FlirtSync integrates certified, policy-compliant SDKs:
- Google Play In-App Billing: Handles all premium subscriptions and purchases securely. We never receive or store your credit card or bank details.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displays optional rewarded video ads for free bonus suggestions. AdMob may collect pseudonymous advertising IDs according to Google's standard ad policies.
- Firebase: Provides secure authentication, crash diagnostics, and cloud sync for user entitlements.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Screen analysis data is ephemeral and is discarded immediately after suggestions are returned. If you wish to delete your account and associated entitlements, you can tap Delete Account within the app's Account screen at any time, or contact our support team.
5. Children's Privacy
FlirtSync is intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

7. Child Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE / CSAM)
FlirtSync maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):
- Zero Tolerance: The creation, transmission, processing, or facilitation of any content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly forbidden.
- Safety & Moderation Safeguards: FlirtSync is restricted to users aged 18 and older. Our assistant engine enforces real-time AI safety filters that automatically reject and block any inappropriate prompts or visual content involving minors.
- Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting: In compliance with global laws and standards, any detected instances or suspected attempts of child sexual exploitation will result in immediate permanent account termination and formal reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional law enforcement authorities.
- Designated Reporting Contact: Users and authorities can report any child safety concerns directly to our designated compliance contact at fforbarca@gmail.com. Reports are handled with top priority.
